Refund policy.
Requests for refunds are taken on a case-by-case basis. Events that have happened are not eligible. We offer a full refund for events cancelled by the client with 14 days' notice. Events canceled with more than a week’s notice are eligible for a 50% refund and a day of cancellation is eligible for a 25% refund.
If you are not satisfied with the event after the fact, please reach out so we can make it right.
